Delivery and Returns

UK

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. First class and standard delivery service is available to all UK and Channel Islands addresses. Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders shipped first class will will normally arrive within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders shipped via standard delivery will normally arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure that you provide us with a residential or business address. 

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. International orders are shipped from the UK and are sent via Royal Mail International. Orders may require a signature on arrival. International orders will normally arrive within 3-8 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

Please note that orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes when or after the parcel reaches the destination country. Vis Viva Skincare has no control over import duties and taxes and is unable to pay for, or reimburse these charges. Customers with questions relating to customs duties are advised to contact their local customs office. 

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure that you provide us with a residential or business address. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt. You are entitled to a full refund for any unwanted item that is returned to us by post within 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds for items that have been used. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are returned to us in a non-saleable condition. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase at www.visvivaskincare.com.

To initiate the returns process, please email us at orders@visvivaskincare.com, stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Purchases can only be returned by post. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@visvivaskincare.com.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN, United Kingdom.

If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund for the cost of goods returned to us minus the original shipping and handling fee. In addition, if you apply for a refund for an unwanted purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. 

If you are sending returns to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We take pride in our careful craftsmanship because we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, in the rare event that you identify a fault with a product that you have purchased from www.visvivaskincare.com, you will be entitled to a full refund on your order. Please email us within 30 days of purchase at orders@visvivaskincare.com, stating your name, address, order number and details of the fault that you have identified. The faulty item should be mailed to us at: International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN, United Kingdom. We will reimburse the cost of shipping to return the item to us.
