Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £35 and worldwide orders over £70

We offer flat worldwide shipping rates for all other orders.

The following shipping times are quoted from the date of dispatch. We aim dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us at info@visvivaskincare.com prior to placing your order.

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

International Orders
Please note that orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes when or after the parcel reaches the destination country. Vis Viva Skincare has no control over import duties and taxes and is unable to pay for, or reimburse these charges. Customers with questions relating to customs duties are advised to contact their local customs office.

Everyone's skin is different, and sometimes a product just may not work for your skin! With this is mind, we offer you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and simple returns process. If you've purchased products from us that haven't worked for your skin, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and you'll be entitled to a full refund.

How to return a product:

Send an email to orders@visvivaskincare.com stating your name and your four digit order number that can be found in your confirmation of order email. Once we've located your order on our system, we'll email back with a returns address. Once we've received your return, we'll issue you with a refund.
